Shipping policy
LittleLlama currently ships to over 15,000 PIN codes across India. Minimal shipping charges may be applicable depending on the pin code and order value. We offer free shipping for a minimum order value that may vary depending on the promotional offers..
Depending upon your Pin Code, the shipping transit time varies between 3 to 12 working days. Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or festivals or strikes or lockdowns. In such cases, LittleLlama will not be held responsible. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
Shipping:
- Contact number shared for delivery should be a valid 10 digit mobile number of the customer / point of contact. In case the phone number is not contactable or is a wrong number, delivery failure will not be the responsibility of LittleLlama.
- Kindly ensure to provide us valid address and contact number to avoid delivery failure.
- Incase the package is damaged or tampered, immediately contact our customer care at support@littlellama.in. We will work with you to make sure you receive the right product at the earliest.
Processing:
- We will process your order and make it ready to ship with in one business day.
- Packages will arrive within the estimated time stated above after it has been processed.
- If there are any shipping or processing delays on your order, we will notify you as quickly as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
Tracking:
- You will receive updates of your package with tracking details on your email and by text message.
- You can also log in to your account to check your order status.
- We will send you an email when we ship your order with a link to track it.
Remote Location Shipping:
- A minimal surcharge may be applied if your delivery destination is remote/hard to access.
- We will email you in case your shipping destination falls under such a zone.
